Robin Gardner is a Certified Professional Coach and CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, life mastery specialist, intuitive and founder of Phoenix Life Mastery LLC. She is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and the CDC College for Divorce Coaching® and is certified by the CDC Board of Standards™. Robin is a member of the International Coaching Federation and adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics. She is also a member of the NJ Professional Coaches Association.
Having completed over 25 years of research in the area of personal development, Robin has published several articles on personal growth and aired on radio shows. She is a contributing writer in the Healing Network at YourTango.com and is currently working on a book and forming a non-profit organization for children. Her clients include the Ramapo College of NJ, MetLife, Rockland Business Association and NAIFA. Robin’s prior experience in the corporate world was in the design and marketing field. She has also taught the Bradley Childbirth Method and supported women in labor. When her daughter was young, she conducted self-empowerment workshops for girls based on her book “Girl Power A to Z.”
Robin is a skilled Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner and provides this energy work, which is effective when implementing changes.

Robin offers group coaching and seminars, and facilitates two support groups in Bergen County. Her coaching topics include career transition, work/life balance, eating issues, wellness, finding your life purpose, self-care, relationships, divorce, finance and prosperity. When working with clients on eating issues, Robin draws from her own personal experience since she had her own challenges in this area. Having overcome this difficulty, Robin shows her clients how to do the same in order to resolve this issue.
Robin volunteers her time helping individuals and groups, and by supporting the community. She has served as a board member on the Ridgewood Environmental Advisory Committee. While on the board, she conducted a synthetic turf assessment and implemented guidelines for installation at Ridgewood High School, NJ. Robin enjoys the arts, health and fitness, especially yoga, and values an eco-friendly world. Her membership in the Holistic Moms Network and the Sierra Club Foundation further promote her ideals.
